Farewell to the 2024-2025 Season: Cherished of Memories and a Promise of More
10-Oct-2025
As the sun sets on yet another breathtaking season, we find ourselves reflecting on a year filled with exquisite moments, landmark achievements, and cherished connections. The 2024-2025 season at Le Barthélemy Hotel & Spa has been a journey woven with the threads of our Couture Hospitality philosophy, and we are deeply grateful to our guests, partners, and the vibrant community of Saint-Barthélemy who made it all possible.
Before we look toward the horizon of the upcoming season, let us take a moment to savor the chapters that have just been written. Join us as we recount the highlights that made this past year truly extraordinary, celebrating a testament to our unwavering commitment to luxury, culture, and sustainability.

A Year of Milestones: Reflecting on 2024
The previous year was marked by significant achievements that solidified our position as one of the preeminent Hotels in St Barts. On September 17, our deep-seated commitment to our island home was officially recognized with the prestigious Green Globe Certification. This honor, which evaluates our efforts across environmental, economic, and social pillars, is a powerful endorsement of our sustainable initiatives, from our cutting-edge wastewater treatment plant to our expansive solar panels and our dedicated B. Green Team. This certification underscores our promise to protect and preserve the natural wonders of St. Barts for generations to come.
Our passion for culinary excellence was also on full display throughout the year. In February, we had the distinct honor of hosting the legendary Christophe Michalak, celebrated as one of the world's finest pastry chefs. For a remarkable week, our restaurant Amis St. Barth became a haven for sublime patisserie, as Chef Michalak collaborated with our own Michelin-starred Chef Jérémy Czaplicki. Guests were invited to savor his iconic creations, including a bespoke dessert crafted exclusively for Le Barthélemy Hotel, a true symphony of passion fruit, coconut, and chocolate.
The summer brought yet another gastronomic luminary to our shores. In June, we welcomed the brilliant Brazilian chef Manu Buffara, a force in the culinary world celebrated for her profound commitment to sustainability. Her residency was a masterclass in conscious cuisine, transforming our restaurant Amis St. Barth into a stage for her innovative, plant-forward menu that was both a feast for the senses and a celebration of natural harmony.
Beyond our tranquil shores, our island's unique charm made its mark on the global stage. In July, our Caribbean spirit traveled to the vibrant Polo Hamptons in New York. Amidst the grandeur of the event, our curated pavilion offered a tantalizing taste of St. Barts, captivating over 1,100 exclusive guests. From delightful giveaways to the promise of sun-drenched days, we reaffirmed that Le Barthélemy is more than just a destination; it's a warm, welcoming presence wherever we go.

The Current Chapter: Highlights of 2025
As we transitioned into the new year, our commitment to artistry and innovation continued. Early In 2025, we embarked on a unique collaboration with Hedley Studios, bringing their iconic car artistry to a seaside gallery at Grand Cul-de-Sac. From late December 2024 through March 2025, guests were invited to admire the stunning, functional masterpieces like the Ferrari Testa Rossa J and the Aston Martin DB5 J, each a symbol of tradition and forward-thinking design.
Our culinary journey also soared to new heights. In January, we were privileged to host the exceptionally talented Chef Hong Thaimee, whose residency brought a wave of unique flavors and artistry to our guests.
March was a month of non-stop excitement, as we welcomed back the thrilling Bucket Regatta. This legendary event saw the graceful spectacle of grand yachts gracing the waters around St. Barts, a true highlight for sailing enthusiasts.
That same month, our Guest Chef Series continued with the renowned Chef Alvaro Clavijo, enriching our culinary offerings and delighting palates with his masterful creations. We also proudly represented our island’s allure and our exceptional hospitality at the prestigious Palm Beach Boat Show.
As the summer months approach (June-August), we're thrilled to offer our engaging and fun-filled Kids Club once again. Our youngest guests can create their own cherished memories at Le Barthélemy, with an array of activities in St Barts designed to delight every member of the family.
A Glimpse of What's to Come: The Horizon of 2025 and 2026
The adventure is far from over. As we look ahead to the latter half of 2025, anticipation is building for the return of one of the most exhilarating events on the island: the St. Barth Cata Cup. From November 19th to 23rd, this premier sailing competition will once again bring a palpable energy to our shores, and Le Barthélemy Hotel & Spa will be perfectly positioned as the ideal retreat for participants and spectators alike.
Now is the perfect time to begin planning your next escape to paradise. Whether you wish to witness the thrill of the St. Barth Cata Cup or are dreaming of a luxurious getaway in 2026, we invite you to experience the bespoke hospitality that awaits you. As one of the most distinguished Hotels in St Barts, our team is ready to create a stay that is nothing short of extraordinary. We look forward to welcoming you back to Le Barthélemy, creating new, unforgettable memories together.
