In pursuit of perfection, our multi-awarded, luxury hotels have been carefully designed to meet every single need, and also to make the most out of their unique location, embracing its surroundings.

For example, on one hand we have the newly-renovated Royal Champagne Hotel & Spa. It’s located in Champillon, Champagne, a region known worldwide for its wide wine tradition and beautiful landscapes –miles and miles of vineyards all around. With this in mind, this spa resort was designed with wide windows and balconies overlooking the famous vineyards that stripe the hills, reimagining the wine-country retreat.

Here, we must also mention Le 25Bis by Leclerc Briant, with its privileged location on the Avenue de Champagne in Epernay, classified since 2015 as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and surrounded by vineyards. Its concept also embraces fine-dining and offers a brief look of époque finesse with its design and furnishing. Truly the epitome of the hospitality industry.

On the other hand we have Le Barthélemy Hotel & Spa and Le Barth Villa Rental, both beautiful properties you’re most likely already familiar with, designed to make the most out of a Caribbean escapade to paradise. Either beachfront or uphill properties that overlook the vibrant landscapes of St. Barts and promise to be havens for privacy and relaxation.

Couture Harvest: taste excellence

As a part of the complete Champagne Hospitality experience, aside from our spa resorts we also take pride in our exquisite wine collection, carefully produced and well-known for its gourmet presence and unique flavor.

Leclerc Briant, located at the heart of Epernay, is a pioneer of organic and biodynamic production regarding Champagne. From the vineyards to the cellar, the team places nature at the center of the creation, revealing the terroir in their singular wines’ flavors.

Domain de la Commaraine, with its Clos in Monopole and its Castle, is amongst the most aristocratic domains of Burgundy since the 12th century. It produces elegant, fine, silky, and deep wines. The Castle will also be reborn as a Champagne Hospitality luxury hotel, a gastronomic restaurant and a Spa, by 2022.

Domain Belleville was born in Rully at the beginning of the 20th century. It owns and operates 18 hectares of vineyards located from Gevrey Chambertin to Mercurey. Its wines are made in a strict respect of its parcellaire. Each wine comes from a single plot of the estate to reveal it diversity and richness.

Les Parcellaires de Salux is a “tailor-made Maison de vins” located in Meursault. It vilifies and ages wines from prestigious appellations of Burgundy, with original philosophy and practice. Each wine comes from a plot of a single winegrower, to respect and enhance each of these great terroirs.
