Thank you for another wonderful season together

The 2023-2024 season has come and gone! Filled to the brim with wonderful experiences, such as undeniable demonstrations of sportsmanship and love for the art of cuisine, among other things, this past season at Le Barthélemy was one to remember and keep on talking about forever and ever.
Now, as we slowly but surely approach the night falling on yesterday and the sun coming up on tomorrow, we want to dive into the many memories and wonderful stories that made these past few months unforgettable, and also share a bit of what’s coming and the many surprises in store for our dear friends and dreamy Caribbean island.
Haute Cuisine and tasteful menus all around
Amis, our buzzing French-Mediterranean restaurant was the culinary hotspot of the island, welcoming distinguished personalities and delivering the extraordinary via select dishes and carefully curated dining experiences surrounded by deep natural green and the sparkling blue of the ocean.
One of the many guests who graced us with their visit was acclaimed chef Christophe Michalak, also known as the best pastry chef in the world, who made a home in St. Barts on the last week of February. During his visit, diners were able to indulge in exquisite flavors, such as the Fraîcheur Chocolat Passion Coco, a dessert created especially for Le Barthélemy with tropical touches all over – passion fruit, coconut praline crisp, coconut sorbet, chocolate emulsion, and crunchy chocolate foil. Finger-licking excellence.
Manu Buffara, acclaimed Brazilian Chef voted the Best Latin America's Female Chef in 2022 by 50 Best Academy, also visited our sunny island in July, and brought her skills and talent to Amis, crafting a novel menu showcasing her unique use of natural ingredients, blending traditional Brazilian flavors with contemporary techniques. A symphony of flavor and culture together.
Sportsmanship and International fun!
Of course, we couldn’t pass on the opportunity to visit the Monaco Grand Prix once again this year, and we believe it truly was a visit to remember! We set up our stand at the Dance Academy in Monaco, overlooking one of the best turns of the race, and welcomed anyone and everyone who wanted a joyful tease of what the Caribbean and Le Barthélemy have in store – from branded goodies to a refreshing cup of Leclerc Briant champagne and everything in between.
Our wanderlust and the momentum from joining F1 in Monaco kept us moving, and we also flew all the way over to the East Coast to Polo Hamptons, to make a much-anticipated appearance alongside Social Life Magazine.
Meeting with friends of old and new, all across the globe, has, is, and will always be one of our favorite moments, just as much as welcoming those friends to Le Barthélemy in the holiday of a lifetime.
Meet Barth the Turtle
This season, we were also extremely happy to share something we had been working on for quite a while: meet Barth the Turtle! Our beloved mascot and friend, who enjoys morning swims in our hotel’s serene bay and is now looking for a brave companion for an immersive journey through Le Barthélemy Hotel & Spa.
