Haute Cuisine at one of the Best Resorts in the World
Last season, Le Barthélemy was beyond honored to welcome acclaimed culinary personalities from all over the globe such as French chef Christophe Michalak, the best pastry chef in the world, and chef Manu Buffara, with her unique international flare. Our sparkling restaurant became a foodie hotspot, tasteful to the brim.
Cuisine is an art best experienced when shared, and our commitment to deliver time and time again shines through in every dish we craft. Enter, our “Four-Hands” Guest Chef Dinner Series, an exclusive opportunity to indulge in world-class gastronomy, carefully crafted by renowned chefs from across the globe.
For starters, this season, three-time Michelin-starred Chef Christophe Bacquié will make a home of our restaurant during the St. Barth Gourmet Festival from November 5 to 10. Then, New York-based Thai Chef Hong Thaimee will share his skillset from December 2 to 9. These exceptional chefs, alongside our in-house Chef Jérémy Czaplicki, will bring their passion and mastery to the table, crafting multi-course menus that fuse innovative techniques with the unique colorful touches of one of the best Caribbean islands. Abyss: A Deep Dive into Refined Dining
Reimagined and set alive again, our signature restaurant, Abyss, offers a captivating blend of classic French techniques and bold Caribbean flavors – always in tune with the carefully cultivated exquisiteness of one of the Best Resorts in the World.
Inspired by our exclusive Biodynamic Leclerc Briant Champagne, this refreshed identity reflects the real depths of our culinary approach. With locally and sustainably sourced ingredients, each dish is a celebration, a collection of texture, and a display of artistry. With live music and a buzzing atmosphere, Abyss is the place to be and indulge in.
To wrap the week up with a golden ribbon, we are also delighted to introduce a new tradition this season: our lively Sunday Brunch! Perfect for a get together with your loved ones – Le Week-End Le Barth style! Live cooking stations, fresh-baked pastries from a cozy boulangerie corner, and refreshing smoothies and salads for a tasteful reverie.
