Abyss also takes its name to heart with our extraordinary house cuvée, Leclerc Briant Champagne. This champagne spent a year submerged in the depths of the Atlantic Ocean, a process inspired by the discovery of a 170-year-old shipment of champagne perfectly preserved under the sea. This unique aging process infuses the champagne with the mysteries of the ocean, delivering a flavor that’s as deep and complex as the abyss itself.
The refined atmosphere and curated playlists create a serene backdrop that lets the cuisine and conversation take center stage.
